Bio

I am a psychotherapist specializing in anxiety, depression, and life transitions and the difficulties that arise from these experiences. I work with children, adults, couples and families. As a therapist, my goal is to provide a home for each person to be authentically who they are, without judgment. I provide support during the hard times, ask tough questions when necessary, and work with you to find practical solutions to your challenges. I am equally adept at comforting you in your tearful moments and providing some much needed laughter.
My passion in therapy is working with pre-teens/teenagers and their families. My aim is to be someone who understands and supports teens through their struggles, helps them make informed decisions, and looks for ways to help them see their own potential. My goal is to improve communication between parent and child.
My work with couples employs Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), a modality that helps clients improve their communication, interrupt unhelpful patterns, and forge deeper and more meaningful connections  with each other. I am passionate about helping couples reconnect and find joy in their partners again.
