I welcome individuals, couples, and families as well as children and adolescents. Incorporating EMDR, and somatic and mindfulness practices, I create a safe, focused environment while working with the client's own goals. Therapy can be a rich and transforming experience, and I greatly enjoy the process, and the growth made by clients towards the life and experience of themselves and their relationships they wish. I believe strongly in our human ability to grow, evolve, shift generational patterns and trauma, and lead authentic, fulfilling lives. I work from a psychodynamic orientation, creating a highly personalized approach for each individual or family.
