Congratulations to the graduates of the 50th Community Counselor Course!
Congratulations graduates!
Every January and July, the Southern California Counseling Center offers a six-month Community Counselor Course (CCC). CCC provides training, supervision and support for community members who are already involved, or are interested in helping high-risk populations and under-served communities. The course provides students with the opportunity to build a solid base of counseling skills alongside case workers and staff members from local non-profits and government agencies.
SCCC congratulates the January 2017 cohort of students who graduated today!
Many thanks to Marianne Diaz, the CCC faculty, and Marianne’s excellent crew of supervisors: Damani Atiba, Laura Koonce, Darby Latshaw, Michael Manzo, Matthew Shima, Eliza Steel, and Melinda Vyvyan.
Enrollment is now open for the next course, beginning July 8. Click here to learn more or to register.
